Omakase Evening with Fukku and Tokuri
Tuesday 28th April · From 7:00pm
Join Fukku for an intimate night of Omakase, sake and exceptional wines in a special collaboration with Tokuri. The evening begins with drinks from 7:00pm, followed by a specially curated dinner served from 7:30pm.
This unique experience is limited to just 40 seats.

The Menu
The chefs have crafted a one‑night‑only Omakase menu showcasing the best of local and UK seasonal produce. Expect outstanding ingredients prepared with precision, including:
- Sark lamb
- Local bass
- Scallops
- Lobster
- Crab
- Wild Bluefin tuna
- Japanese A5 Wagyu
Each course will be expertly paired with beautiful sake and wines selected in collaboration with Tokuri, with a fully considered zero‑alcohol pairing also offered.
