About the event
As part of the Guernsey Literary Festival, enjoy a special literary lunch celebrating food writing at its most vibrant and inspiring.
Treat yourself to a Mediterranean-inspired menu influenced by chef, food writer and TV personality Georgina Hayden’s latest cookbook, MEDesque. Expect colourful, effortless dishes drawing on the flavours of Italy, Spain, the Middle East and beyond.
Georgina is the acclaimed author of Stirring Slowly, Taverna, Nistisima, Greekish and now MEDesque. She will be in conversation with Hannah MacInnes, discussing her writing journey, culinary influences and the stories behind her most delicious new recipes.
Guests will enjoy a glass of prosecco on arrival, a two-course lunch and a signed copy of MEDesque.
