About the event
Join us for an engaging and informative one-hour guided tour where you’ll see first hand how our fresh dairy products are carefully processed, packed, and prepared to the highest standards.
What to expect on your visit?
Your tour begins with a short health and safety briefing before we step into the heart of our operations.
We’ll start at the raw milk unloading area, where fresh milk arrives and begins its journey through our dairy. From there, we move to the control room and pasteuriser area, where you’ll learn how we ensure quality, safety, and consistency. You’ll also see our cream storage facilities.
Next, we visit Pre-Pac, where products are carefully prepared for packaging, followed by a stop at our Laboratory, where rigorous testing guarantees the highest standards.
The final stop is our ice cream and cream packing room, where some of our most loved products are packaged and prepared for distribution.
To conclude your visit, you’ll receive a small gift bag of Guernsey Dairy produce to enjoy at home.
