Step out of the noise of everyday life and into the steady, grounding presence of the horse. This full day immersive workshop is an invitation to slow down, soften your nervous system and reconnect with a deeper, steadier strength. The kind that doesn’t rush, force or dominate, but listens and responds.  As well as guided by horses as sentient, intuitive teachers, you will explore what it means to regulate your inner world in the presence of another being. Horses are masters of nervous-system awareness and through gentle, experiential activities, they offer profound mirrors for our own state of being.

The day unfolds slowly and intentionally.  We will begin with arrival and group sharing, creating a safe, grounded container for the work ahead.  You will then take part in a powerful horse-led experience, learning how your nervous systems can influence and soothe one another.

We will then break to refuel our bodies with thoughtfully crafted plant based food produced by Sing of Dordi Snacks. Sing says:  ‘I am looking forward to providing the meals and snacks for this event.  My food is simple, homemade and prepared with care and love. I believe that fresh, organic ingredients support focus and mental clarity, helping you to connect more deeply with yourself and supporting you to receive restoration through the wisdom of horses.’

To compliment the food and give us a richer sensory experience we will also discover how deliciously exciting alcohol-free can be with a guided drink pairing by The House of Kooky. Championing the growing world of alcohol-free drinks, founder Joni brings a refreshing perspective on how we can celebrate and connect without compromise. Joni will introduce a curated selection of exquisite drinks, to enjoy with the dishes lovingly prepared by Sing. From vibrant botanicals to sensational sparkling teas, each sip reveals a story of flavour, creativity and mindful enjoyment.

After we have refuelled and rested we will return for a quiet and intuitive encounter with your horse guides which will then lead us into a Shamanic Despacho ceremony, offering gratitude, intention, release and wishes.  The day will come to a close with a burning ritual of the despacho, symbolising transformation and renewal.  We will close together, grounded, connected and carrying something subtle yet lasting back into our lives.

This workshop is for anyone longing for deeper presence, emotional regulation, intuitive insight and a reconnection to quiet, embodied strength, held gently by the wisdom of horses.
