Join chef and broadcaster James Strawbridge for an intimate evening of food and conversation, as he interviews some of the island’s most passionate producers between courses.

The evening’s menu will be expertly prepared by Head Chef Tony Leck, showcasing the very best of their ingredients.

Discover the stories, craftsmanship and dedication behind the produce on your plate while enjoying a specially curated menu inspired by Guernsey’s finest.
