About the event
As part of The Big Eat festival, Ching-He Huang will be cooking live at Town Church in St Peter Port, sharing her favourite techniques and preparing two to three delicious wok dishes that are healthy, flavour-packed and affordable. The demonstration is open to everyone, with limited places available.
There will also be an opportunity to purchase personally signed copies of Ching’s latest cookery books after the demonstration.
