About the event

The internationally renowned TV chef, author and broadcaster will host a gala fundraising dinner at China Red on Saturday 24 October. 

The gala dinner marks Ching's fourth visit to the island in support of GCS, the charity which helps people facing financial exclusion by providing access to banking, budgeting advice and financial education. Guests can look forward to an evening of exceptional food, entertainment and the opportunity to meet Ching, who will also be signing copies of her bestselling cookbooks, with proceeds supporting the charity's work.
