About the event
Balthazar is hosting a very special Big Eat dinner in partnership with Laurent-Perrier. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of several Champagnes from their exquisite range, with tasting notes and insight shared by Guy from Laurent-Perrier, bringing the character and craftsmanship of each Champagne to life.
And because some rules are meant to be broken, we’ll be pairing it all with one of our greatest guilty pleasures — fried chicken and Champagne. The evening is themed Chicken & Champagne: relaxed, indulgent, and unapologetically fun.
